Candid moments of people out in the wild.

Japantown 2017 - the first time I ever blatantly pointed my camera at a fully aware passerby. I don’t know who this man is, but this is definitely a special photo to me. I’ve tried the same technique of quite literally “pointing and shooting” people multiple times after this man, and many times I was met with the finger or glared at- and understandably so. This man could’ve easily played the “grumpy old man card” and flipped out on me too, which again, would’ve been understandable- but no, this old timer was a good sport when it came down to me (a complete stranger) pointing and shooting a camera at him. Instead of yell at me or give me the finger, he simply took the lollipop out of his mouth, shook his head, chuckled, then continued on his merry way... I hope he’s doing alright.
