HEAD: Woman and Junior Glove Packaging Design 2022
Situation: In 2022, I was asked to design packaging for several glove products for HEAD, including the Woman's Touchscreen Glove carton, the Kid's Touchscreen Glove carton, and the Junior Ski carton. This project required creating visually appealing and functional packaging that would stand out in a retail environment.
Task: I was responsible for designing the die cuts for the packaging, ensuring that the designs were both attractive and practical for displaying the products. Additionally, the packaging needed to adhere to HEAD's brand guidelines and be suitable for global distribution in Costco stores.
Action: To achieve these goals, I created several design drafts, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine the designs. After finalizing the designs, I worked with the production team to ensure the die cuts were executed correctly and that the packaging met all practical requirements for display and shipping.
Result: The final packaging designs were successfully implemented and displayed in Costco stores worldwide. The designs not only met the brand's standards but also attracted consumer attention, contributing to increased visibility and sales for the products. The successful rollout and positive reception of the packaging underscored the effectiveness of the design and the collaborative effort involved in bringing it to life.
